Once you choose a plan, you are stuck with whatever settings you first chose. Even if you try to cancel that plan and choose it again to get to a menu to select other settings, the app takes you back to the plan/settings you first chose…even though you need to change those settings. Nobody responds. —— This product would really take off if it had the ability for you to choose which exercises to do, and when life happens and you skip an exercise, you’re able to go back. Right now the app is a one because it is an afterthought and it seems the developers are not on payroll to make any changes. It would be greatly helpful to be able to choose exercise exercises on the fly and access a strength training program, simultaneously with the endurance program.
