This app is just what I was looking for and performs better than I had hoped. Lots of places to explore. I have been through the grinder lately and testing myself before, during, and after the various practices it prescribes has been very informative. Love the app. I’m a vet with anxiety/ptsd and this helps me monitor, manage and reduce my stress levels with breathing exercises.
My only wish is that it had a dark mode. I have vision problems and have a very hard time seeing the screen because of the light font and low contrast.

I just wrote a rating for this company & I am not pleased. Initially it sounded very good, helpful & worth the investment. But now I cannot even figure out how to get to day two of a 5 day stress challenge I signed on for!! It’s driving me nuts! My heart rate is going UP! And the spelling terrible! Makes me question the integrity of the website. I want my $$ back but don’t even see where to go to get it! Am sorry I even learned about this site in my class

I don't usually write reviews but this app truly deserves one as its effect on blood pressure reduction and reducing stress has been genuine and remarkable. it's so simple, yet very very effective. The breathing exercises are very well made and easy to do, they have become my sanctuary in the midst of life's storm of stress.
But here's the true magic: the app's impact on my blood pressure. I've witnessed a concrete drop in my blood pressure levels. It's not a vague promise – it's real, measurable progress that I can feel.

What’s more important than your health? Technology now offers more opportunities than ever to conveniently improve our health metrics. Paired with the Omron Intelli Sense blood pressure cuff, Apple Watch Ultra, Oura ring and Withings smart weight scale, I pretty well have at my disposal what many medical offices didn’t even offer a few years ago. The beauty of this app is that it provides an opportunity to improve numerous health metrics (and quality of life) by spending a few of minutes daily following some of the numerous animated breathing and visualization exercises. The key of course is consistency - it’s promise is only realized if it is used and not just put away like so many of our purchases. To motivate daily use of these quick and simple health improvement opportunities I just keep asking myself “how much is my health worth…” it really is priceless. Not even the Lotto jackpot can replace health resiliency. I’m grateful to have found this APP and for the people who did the necessary work to bring it to market.
