Love it! I usually practice at 5 or 6 bpm for a few minutes. It’s a nice way to relax or cool down. The mandala visual is very helpful, and the guiding voice helps too even though its tone can be off-putting at first haha :)

I love its simplicity and straightforward design. The only thing I would add or suggest is a vibration or chime when the timer is complete. Sometimes I close my eyes and am waiting to be told to breathe in again but the session is over and I didn’t realize it. 👍🏽
