The Breeze app allows you to easily:

Search for parking facilities near your desired destination
Navigate to your destination via Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze
View important information such as Rates, Operating Hours, Services offered, etc
Manage all of your payment options within the app
Apply discounts and other promotional codes to your parking sessions
Seamless entry and exit of the parking facility via a touchless experience
Park using the app for payment at parking facilities without barrier control
Park by scanning QR Code - barriers will open automatically at the entrance & exit

Update: they fixed it so now the validation at register works for both phone number or license plate-- had two successful visits without getting charged $16 for parking! Thank you for fixing the app! 

Used to work good but now sone vendors text you a QR code for validation. The problem is-- the gate reads the plate number faster than QR can be scanned and we get charged an outrageous $16 either way. Contacted support and have to get a refund every time now. They need to make the system recognize your phone number when the store texts you the validation code and automatically apply it.
