Error messages unclear
Initially failed to pair my OBU and there was no helpful information to suggest why it had failed. App states the OBU mac registration takes about 45m, but it didn’t work until 1 day later. The“retry” button did not work and there is no feedback/error on why. One day later the OBU was finally able to connect. However, the driver needs to intentionally open the app and connect to the OBU every time he starts to drive, else the trip logs / transaction history would not be recorded. This is an area of improvement - when granted the right permissions, app should automatically connect, or perhaps there is a way to download the delta trip logs / transaction history from the OBU itself?

iPhone 15 pro, iOS 17.6.1. Phone overheat and battery going flat really soon.
Unable to see ERP rates during journey
The tab to check ERP is missing. But overall good app.

The customer service team was incredibly responsive and went the extra mile to resolve my issue. They provided a quick solution and followed up to ensure everything was perfect. Truly outstanding support! Highly recommend!
Can’t change Navigation Voice and Vehicle Type
This app is for CAR USERS in Singapore only. The explore feature helps me to discover places. However, there is no option to change the parking and erp rates targeted for other vehicle types such as motorcycles. I pair with my OBU on my bike and process is smooth. But the app giving me car information on ERP and parking rates for my motorcycle. One day, I tried use the navigation. To my surprise, there’s only one type of the navigation voice. The voice made me uninstall the app instantly. Good app for exploring tho.
Unable to pair to OBU
Un-seamlessly app, should improve on it before rolling to public for test and feedback. App unable to pair to OBU even though register MAC address with LTA.
An app very much tailored for sg use
Is there any way to disable the carpark view so that we only see the roads and probably relevant road informations. The parking charges block the view of the maps and I sometimes feel they are very intrusive.
