I can’t even create an account. I entered my email but never received the validation codes. I’ve tried for weeks now and NOTHING. Marta always put out apps that are completely useless.

The last app was way better than this app. They just took my money. I paid for a card and I added 5 dollars to the card. They took the 7$ and didn’t even upload the card to my account. They didn’t send an email confirmation or nothing. My money just disappeared and I still don’t have a card. I made an account for nothing. I didn’t have a ride to the station and thought I could rely on Marta. Very unreliable app. Why do you require us to already have a card to purchase fare? Like this is ridiculous. And then when you purchase one, they don’t add it to your profile and it’s even harder to pay at all. My purchase declined two times through Apple Pay, so I entered my card information and it took my money but gave me nothing. No product. I don’t think I encountered any issues like this with the last app at all. In fact, bring the last app back. Do yall even test run these apps before you put them out? Whoever is behind this clearly doesn’t appreciate their job.

How can i even activate purchased passes? At least make us to be able to put the breeze card in our e-wallets as soon as we we buy the card online, instead of making us to wait about a week to get the card, put the card number, etc.

Literally what is the point of this app? We already had a 2.0 version that is a fully functioning app and this one forces you to link a physical card. Just making things difficult for people in last minute preparation for the World Cup. Do better

Purchased pass is not showing up on the app. And the purchase is not being applied to my card either, which is rendering the app and card useless for me because I use monthly passes! And now I’m being forced to pay per day, which is more expensive than paying by the month. 

I also agree that the app is not ready for prime time. When you log in you can see that the tool bar changes during login and reduces the amount of functionality. Apparently some functionality from the old system is not available until late April! But this is not said anywhere in the app.

Very difficult to navigate this new app for MARTA. I was simply trying to add value to the previous app and now this one has sections that are blocked and won’t allow you to simply pay for a fare. Moving in the wrong direction MARTA!

I have almost been thrown off the bus several times because this app allowed me to add money but the QR code has not populated. Taking money from people when the app is not fully functioning is unacceptable, the bus drivers also seem to be completely oblivious about how the app works but are quick to ask you to get off the bus if your fair is not paid. This app has taken money from me that I can not use. Please advise immediately
