## Breezeway Reviews in United States

### *---- "This software and company is terrible"
I would stay away from this company and this software. It’s absolutely terrible and not worth the fee. They make it impossible to cancel and then when you do say “they have a 60day cancellation perid”.

Stay away
-- Scooterski360, 2024-10-31

### ****- "Suggestion"
This app is pretty awesome! My only suggestion would be the ability to move around the cards/tasks in the list created. That feature would be very helpful! Also a select all button/feature to be added to the cards on the application would help a lot!
-- lillyannnnnn, 2024-08-10

### **--- "Very heavy battery use."
App users all my battery within a couple hours even on WiFi, making it hard to complete job. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly.
-- Congeroid24, 2024-07-27

### *---- "Needs a lot of work"
The app is worthless.
It works for employees, but on a manager end, you cannot use the app for anything. Everything is need to access, I have to log in on a desktop. This makes the app pointless.
-- avesjade, 2024-04-30

### ***** "Template issue when syncing"
I hope you have perfect connection at all times because if the app stops syncing or restarts syncing it kicks you back to the beginning of the template EVERY TIME. Also if you’re mid report and a sync issue happens it wipes your report clean and you have to type and add attachments all over again

Update 10/27/23: developer replied and it seems this issue has been resolved. I will change my review to 5 stars for now
-- Kyle000, 2023-10-27

### *---- "Frozen screen"
App does not work. Have been trying for three days and it is frozen on the skate location screen.
-- Mimipope11, 2023-02-20

### **--- "Not worth the aggravation"
App slow slow. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall just so you can use it
-- colePHG, 2022-08-02

### ***-- "Great app with poor optimization"
The User interface and ease of use is top tier but the optimization….. it completely kills the app. Our whole company functions using this app and amongst the approximately 100 people and wide range of devices, there is not a single employee that doesn’t have issues with how slow it is. The constant input lag and delays costs us about 30 minutes to an hour a day just staring at a screen trying to click on our checklists or take photos. Due to our strict schedule that’s an extremely large portion of our time to be fighting with an application. Other than that, I would give it 6 stars if I could.
-- ibw5101, 2022-06-26

### ***** "Need Help"
I can’t add photos when reporting a maintenance issue. I’ve deleted and re-added. Didn’t solve the issue. Help!
-- Peanut 2003, 2022-06-19

### ***-- "Starting tasks"
It will not let me start tasks for myself, what is going on with it?
-- Kshawn1992, 2022-05-12
