### **--- "Bugs for days"
Too many to name and at this point I’ve gotten too used to the various, tedious workarounds I’ve figured out on my own. But what drives me especially crazy is when I navigate away from the app on my phone for more than *one* minute, it resets at the home screen and I am taken away from the estimate, customer info, scheduling etc I was in the middle of working on. In theory it is set up well and intuitively. But had I known about all the kinks when I was first starting my business I’d have considered other options. If I had the time and energy to report every issue I would but I don’t and as a paying subscriber that shouldn’t be my job.

No invoice payment reminders/ late fees
No way to use your own email server (which causes spam issues)
Contacts with multiple emails in QuickBooks don’t get transferred over
Invoices only sync from breeze to QuickBooks not the other way around
Notes are limited to basic text
Limited integration options
No map view of customers
Can’t change invoice numbers (time to start from 1 again)

Summary for the price point it’s good enough but if they raise the price it’s not worth it. I appreciate that it’s not a bloated mess of useless features but it’s so bare bones it’s limiting. That could be workable with a open api to use but I doubt that’s on the roadmap. This app is very clear on its description page and will do exactly what’s advertised but nothing extra. Keep that in mind. But it’s fast easy to use and looks good.  Please keep up the good work and knock out the negatives.

I have used Breezeworks since 2016 and have never had issues with it until last year. Very poor customer service. We report issues we are having and never receive a call or email back as promised. We will be swapping to a different software soon.

This app does what is advertised. I really like it. 

The only thing I don’t like is when you create a customer in the app, the contact does not import to your phone. 

But that is minor compared to all the great things it does do.

I’ve been using Breezeworks since 2014, all I can say is it always gets better. I will always be a customer. I can run my business professionally and I must say my customers also love it. I will just save this, every detail of operating my business is now totally organized and I am a very organized person. Becky has always been there to answer my questions and she is the back bone of the company, i’m sure they already know that. I totally rely on Breezeworks and it has never let me down.

I signed up. Love the system. Been using it for about 3 weeks. Just loaded it on the iPad to find out it is not optimized for iPad. Seriously? Hurry up guys you are onto something here but NEED A proper iPad app.

I found out about this app through an MSNBC small business segment about 2 years ago. Since then, this app has been a crucial part of my business running successfully. Every single feature is thoroughly thought out, functional and professional. This app revolutionized the way that I run my home remodeling business. My clients always comment on the quality and ease of estimates/transactions - that I do all through this app! I’ve never left a review for an app before but Breezeworks is more than an app for me - I tell every contractor I know about it & hope that if you’re reading this, you give it a try as well! ### ***-- "Just Good Enough"
There is nothing exceptional about this app.  I have been using it for about 60 days at $33 mo. I does everything ok.  Support is ok.  It has never been updated.

Taking deposits or multiple payments is terrible. It glitches a lot.  You can not easily change a price on estimate or invoice. 

I am actively looking for something better.
