## Brella Description
Brella helps you protect your debit card by sending you alerts when your card is used so you can quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account. Users have the option to receive text or email alerts. You can also check your account balance anytime, turn your card off and on, send money to other users and find nearby ATMs.

Alerts are provided for:
• Purchases exceeding dollar amounts you set
• Card-not-present purchases
• Suspicious or high-risk transactions

With this app, you have the ability to define when, where and how your debit card can be used. Users can set blocks for:
• Transactions exceeding a specific dollar amount
• Internet and phone transactions
• Transactions conducted outside of the U.S.

Turn your debit card off/on
This control can be used to disable a lost or stolen card, prevent fraudulent activity and control spending.

More great features
- Users can check their balance without logging into the app with the Quick Balance feature
- Users can choose to enable Touch ID, a secure and quick way to sign on with your fingerprint so you don’t have to type in a password
- Users can submit a Travel Notice to inform their financial institution of any scheduled travel

### ***** "Love finally being able to lock my card"
My actual bank app doesn’t have the option to lock and unlock my card, and obviously in this day and age you have so many subscriptions and other things and you loose track of them, forget about them, but you still pay lol. I love being able to lock my card, brella also sends me emails whenever there’s any activity while my cards locked. Earlier I tried re-paying for my Netflix and forgot my card was off, it automatically declined and brella sent me an email. I’ll be using this app forever!

App crashes every time I try to set up a travel notice or using any other function with my institution. This needs to be updated to be useful for customers.

I can’t get into the app or website to change my settings & now I can’t make any big purchases 😡. I think it’s where we now have to put a 1 in front of our phone number & it asks for just the 10 digit number. So now the system won’t let you get the verification code call to get I into the app or website & now I cannot do anything to change it. I’m more less stuck with the settings I have 😡😡😡😡. I have contacted customer support & my bank & I worked on it for over an hour & still nothing. Fix the system!

I just downloaded this app entered all my information in and it keeps telling me the username and password is wrong. I clicked on forgot user and I’m not getting an email. I clicked on forgot password not getting an email. I came back a few days later went through all the steps all over again, same thing it doesn’t recognize my username and password and it won’t send me any reset request to my email. Very disappointing. Wish I could get some support.
