Description Reset with breth Placed on your chest or held in your hand, breth's haptic vibrations are synchronized with sounds and visuals from your iOS device for an incredibly immersive experience. Improve focus, reduce stress, and activate your body's reset button in the time available to you - in as little as 3 minutes. Breth provides sensory-rich breathwork exercises and energizing haptic experiences. Designed for all experience levels, breth empowers you to master your breathing while honing your mental clarity so you can own your daily pressures. Why Breathwork? Breathwork is a proven method to lower your stress levels naturally without medication, sharpen your mental clarity, reduce stress and experience deeper, more restful sleep. But many people don't know how to do it, forget to practice, or find it aimless. Breth changes all that by making it simple, intuitive and joyful to incorporate breathwork into your daily self-care routine. Breth is your partner in building a healthier, more focused, and less stressed you. Key Features: • Personalized Breathwork – Breth measures your breathing capabilities and makes a recommendation for your breathing pace (how long you should inhale, exhale and hold your breath during exercises such as box breathing, triple breathing, belly breathing, triangle breathing, double exhaling and 234 breathing). • Haptic Vibrations – Breth's vibrations offer a unique and amazing feeling. Inhales are felt at the top of the device, while exhales are felt at the bottom for an intuitive experience. So even with your eyes closed, you’ll be able to follow along to the patterns of the breathing exercises. • Synchronized sessions - 2 breth devices connect to 1 iOS device for shared sessions. This feature is selectable with all breathing exercises and experiences. • Offline mode - Breth’s offline mode lets you load your favorite activity onto your breth device and start a haptic session without needing to be connected to your phone. • Customize your Sessions – Whether you're within exercise or experience mode, Breth provides customization in vibration intensity, duration, and type, ensuring simplicity and versatility. • Anytime, Anywhere – Whether you're at home, in the office, or on the go, Breth’s portability helps you find moments of peace and clarity whenever you need them most. You'll look forward to your 5 or 10 minute breth sessions as you become the focused, de-stressed version of yourself you know you can be. • USB-C Charging – The USB-C charging port does double-duty. Plug in your Breth device when it needs a charge or connect the optional necklace attachment to the USB-C port for a worn option. ## Breth.
