Сняли у меня 30,000тг за подписку и не хотят вернуть, мне очень нужны были эти деньги, я не хотела купить подписку, зря скачала эту программу

It seems I accidentally subscribed/made the payment, and I was not planning to proceed with this purchase. I kindly request a refund for this transaction as I have not used the service and did not mean to authorize this payment. Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to your response and hope we can resolve this matter quickly.

Впервые так обманули! Было написано что бесплатная подписка на 7 дней, в течении которых можно отменить подписку и деньги вернут. Итог: деньги сняли, подписку отменила в тот же день, а деньги не возвращают. Уже и разработчикам писала. Тишина. Не думала что все еще такое практикуют в App Store!
Unauthorized payment taken
Hello!? The payment was taken from my bank card without authorization. I hadn't decided to buy yet. Then apply for a refund from apple.com. The site says that the money has been returned. But my account has not been credited yet. When will I receive the money? Why do you receive unauthorized payments?

Такое ощущение, что приложение делали индусы. Слова и выражения могут не попадать в тематику, перевод на русский порой совсем неверный. Вот например, вы спрашиваете как будет слово «партнер»? Associate - вы уверены? Ни в каком смысле это так не переводится. Contribute - вы говорите, что это «делать вклад» в контексте банковского бизнеса, но это не так. Это скорее «вносить вклад» (в общее дело). Или вот еще: "perform to a deadline" где вы нашли, что так говорят? Даже гугл не знает. Понятнее будет сказать "meet a deadline" или "adhere to a deadline". Меня возмущает, что приложение больше запутывает, чем учит. По оплате - вопросов нет, если кто-то не глядя тыкает кнопки - сами виноваты, там все написано, другой вопрос запрашивают ли они разрешение на доставку уведомлений, чтобы вы узнали о дедлайне….
