## BrightBridge CU Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless"
Might be the most unreliable banking app iv ever used. 9/10 times you go to access it you get a never ending loading wheel and can’t even use it. Has been like this for multiple updates with no improvements at all.
-- Webster is better, 2025-10-28

### **--- "Deposit Check offline"
Deposit Check (which was supposedly improved in the latest update) has been showing as Temporarily Unavailable for many days now. Same thing for the Credit Score feature. What is going on? Stop with the mergers and pay attention to your current customers
-- Abba of 5, 2025-08-01

### **--- "Can’t log in"
Can’t log in. Just loads and loads
-- No Nme56, 2025-06-29

### *---- "App crashes"
Try to use the check card transaction feature and app crashes. Every time without fail. Didn’t do that before the credit union did the merger & rebrand. Quality of the app suddenly very bad. Also randomly crashes for no apparent reason. What the actual heck?! Maybe spend money on the important stuff instead of fancy new logos….
-- Annoyed_commentator, 2025-04-14

### *---- "Name change"
Has totally screwed up my business account deposits!!! I called to discuss this and requested someone to call me back, but nobody did! This Bank has changed names three times in the last five years. I can’t do this anymore and I’m working on getting everything transferred out of here. Including my mom’s accounts. Too bad cause I’ve been with this bank since 1984!!!!
-- Knott Happy 2, 2025-04-05

### *---- "Keeps changing stuff"
So annoying how they keep changing things I’m going to take my buissness elsewhere if this keeps happening
-- I h8 META, 2025-03-26

### ***-- "Good app. Update icon to be compatible with iOS themes"
As the title suggests I have no trouble with the app aside from it being one of few apps that don’t fit dark theme icons
-- Idalton5, 2025-03-04

### ***** "The updated the App"
While the app when it functions it’s actually decent, giving it this score due to the latest update it rendered this app useless due to not being able to log in, please update to fix log in issue.

Update: the developer updated the app and it works great. Hopefully it stays this way. My score reflects this.
-- Abx213, 2025-01-23

### ***** "Not working"
Since update on 01/22/25 can no longer access my bank. I am using an iPhone se iOS 15.8.3

Update. Downloaded app again and is now working. 1/22/25
-- Flamingpappy, 2025-01-22

### *---- "Can’t pay online bills"
Apps really only good to check balance can’t pay on line bills check scan never works app closes unexpectedly,
This will make me change banks as I need bill pay on app, not up to date at all
-- NA-Bassmaster, 2025-01-22
