## BrightChat Description
BrightChat is a free, simple, and trusted messenger that connects anyone anywhere. Secure calls and messages based on state-of-the-art end-to-end encryption technology.

Privacy and security are the core of our values. Respect for your privacy and protection of your data are our top priority. Every private message and call is secured by end-to-end encryption so that no one, including us, can read your messages or listen to your conversations except yourself and the intended recipients.

Main features:

* Secure messages with end-to-end encryption
End-to-end encrypted messaging to give you peace of mind about your data security.

* Encrypted real-time audio and video calls
Crystal-clear audio & video let you hear your friends or family as if they were right there with you.

* Scheduling messages
Compose your messages ahead of time and choose when they get sent. You can send messages in advance, like friend's birthdays, or even schedule to send messages at midnight so that your friends can receive them in the morning.

## BrightChat Reviews in United States

### ****- "Need for parental controls"
Ok. Secure, totally get it. Just a tip. You should add parental controls to the app like contact restrictions. My mom took it off my brother’s phone because my brother (she took it off mine too) was supposedly texting someone on this app he didn’t know that apparently a friend of his knew. Also, just a suggestion. You should make a secure internet app, but put parental controls on it like blocking certain websites or blocking explicit content. I know there is Brave, but it would be cool if you made your own secure web browsing platform.

### *---- "It’s not credible."
I need wait long time to get or send messages , it’s not convenient.
-- gghbj，, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Unreliable"
I get long periods when my messages do not send or receive. This is not from a network or connectivity issue on my end.
-- Cymbah, 2024-11-04

### ***** "对方已阅可否再显眼一些"
双✅不是很明显，在小手机上基本上需要用力看，可否做一个反白或大一点。
-- suwu009, 2024-10-25

### ****- "Lack of landscape mode with an iPad"
Great app! But for some reason, there is not a landscape mode on an iPad, and that’s a head scratcher.
-- tokevino, 2023-10-28

### ****- "You can’t unblock people."
This app is secure. Totally get it. Just one tip. Don’t block someone unless you want them blocked forever. My sister had my mom’s phone once, and she got onto BrightChat on her phone and blocked me. The Block User option is still there, but there’s no option to unblock a blocked user. So I’m permanently blocked from sending my Mom stuff. She can send me stuff, but nothing I send will go through. Also, the Delete User option doesn’t work either. I tried deleting my mom from my contacts to see if that would make my stuff go through, but all it does it delete the conversation and leaves the user in your contacts. So I don’t know. ShenXun, if you’re reading this review, please do something to help out.

### ****- "This app has problems…"
…but overall it is pretty good and it keeps getting better.
-- MattiMagnus, 2022-09-18

### ***** "The Best!"
Very happy to know I’m not monitored. Thank you developers!
-- Mr. DSF, 2022-05-20

### ***** "Secure communications"
FINALLY—an all-in-one platform that’s truly secure and not monitored by “Big Brother!” I’ve found my experience to be seamless and, frankly, I feel much safer on this platform than on Signal and others. Sign up for this app! 🇺🇸💪🏻
