He gave me this resource because of my line of work and traveling all the time. I was worried at first because of Betterhelp controversy and online therapy. I gave it a try anyway and I have a good therapist who helps me through my struggles. I am getting into a remission state. It is not very user friendly with poor customer service that takes days for a response. It took a lot of effort and two tries to request my medical records. Two psychologists have no showed on me, which is not ideal if you’re seeking assistance with your mental health. Not to mention, I was also charged regardless.
