The service was so bad
When I want to open the app there is something wrong
if i could rate this 0 stars i would
can you please fix this app!!!! nothing works, keep getting told that “somethings gone wrong” or i’ve “encountered a little hiccup”, think it’s more than a little hiccup when i can’t access any of my college work!!!! don’t advertise an app with certain features, when in fact, it essentially has NO features because everything i go to do, including LOGGING OUT, DOESNT WORK!!
This app has literally never worked
Never did what I needed it to. You’re better off bookmarking the bright space website in your browser. Don’t bother with the app
Doesn’t work
Errors constantly, won’t let me view my modules or anything. Useless

A "Something went wrong" message pops up every time I try to click onto notifications On iPhone XR.
Doesn’t work
Every time I go into it it says something went wrong and won’t let me use it. Notifications still come up but it won’t let me click into them
Tragic
Half the time it redirects you to the website anyway, but you’re forced to keep it on your phone, wasting storage space because some functionalities aren’t available on the website. Such a joke
Not working at all for me
Went onto the app and put in my UCD connect information and everything.After doing so a notification came up saying ‘ something went wrong’ so I clicked try again.After pressing ‘ try again ‘ fifteen more times I decided maybe it’s just my phone that is the problem so I deleted the app and then re-downloaded it.However the same problem with “something went wrong “ remained.
