My service has been off since 1 July on the third. I got a bill for $109.94 been trying to get adjustment on that because they were supposed to come out and do the fiber optics. They never put the line in the ground, so the man came out hook up my fiber optics trying to get an adjustment they keep sending me to tech-support. They keep sending me telling me that my next appointment is on 19 July well from the first to the 19th July is a lot of time to wait to get service service and the phone cut off and you cut off my Internet that I did have I needed the Internet back on so I’m trying to do that the next day someone can get out my house adjustment bill would like to cut back on that I had until you get the fiber off the guys out there to dig the line inso the other guy can come in and hook it up is very because that line that you have that that I had was hooked up to my alarm system so I can’t use my alarm system. My wife works at home sometimes and she can’t work at home because we have no Internet.
Service has been extremely slow, interruptions all day streaming and even using iPhone . Even your website won’t load to do a speed test.
Every time it rain I my area my service mess up some times for day, and it’s very frustrating
The worse web site I have ever used.
They payment center online was down for I don’t know how long now they want to charge a $39.00 dollar late fee for a program that was on there end
Terrible internet service & when you need a technician it will be a week out
This is the absolute worst internet I’ve ever used. Period. End of story.
I would rate Brightspeed 0/5 stars if I could. Dealing with internet dropping every day at the same time and coming back. Took me over 3 days of being on the phone with some agent outside of the US literally talking with chickens in the background for them to tell me that I need to call their fiber department. So I restart the process and it takes another 2 days of calls dropping with no call backs and being on hold for them to schedule a technician to come out to repair the broken fiber line. Sounds good, I have the day off work so I can be at home for the entire 8am-5pm window they graciously managed to narrow down for the appointment. 6pm today rolls around and no technician has not shown up. I’m very close to closing this account and never using this garbage company again.
Received box just for it not to work ! Worse internet service thus far.
