When I stream shows it freezes, has buffering problems and tells me it is not connected to my internet. My modem is in the same room and my service is terrible and has been for almost a year. They did come out and replace the cable to the house but that did not help. I can not get a faster speed as this is the fastest for where I live. So what is my solution or do I try and find another provider. Thank you -- aleays aware, 2024-12-26 ### *---- "Brightspeed App" App is slow and never works correctly. Never shows my devices. Can't control devices on my network. -- A-Aron Jc, 2024-12-24 ### *---- "Terrible service" I’ve asked multiple times for them to fix the app cause you can no longer view the devices connected to your network via the app. They state you can manage everything by the app when you actually CANNOT! -- flippin' Soles, 2024-12-23 ### *---- "Service" Problems problems! Took 6 appointments to get service started over 2.5 months time. From August into November. Took hour to set up bill pay because speed pay was not working. Only reason Brighton Speed has business is because they are monopoly in the area and people don’t have another choice! 40 mbs in north woods, and I can only get 20mbs at home, 1.5 miles outside Green Bay city limits. -- mikMole, 2024-12-20 ### *---- "Auto Draft" I despise this company so much. I have auto draft but it never takes my payment. They confirmed auto draft and a good current card but I have to call them to pay them. I bought a Starlink Satellite and will install during Christmas holiday break and be done with this aggrivation. -- Starlink Tim, 2024-12-15 ### ***-- "Okay" Okay but not what is expected for the price -- Bugs sister, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Poor service" Have had no service for almost a month and been calling and still no one has come out. Finally called again to day now saying can’t get no one out til the 16th of December. This isn’t right. Thought about calling better business bureau. Oh sent me 3 white motoem. Crazy -- memelintin1999, 2024-12-09 ### *---- "Completely useless" What is the point of having an app if every single button you press on the app redirects you to the website?? There’s literally no point to downloading this app. Everything just takes you to the incredibly unhelpful website where literally none of your questions will be answered. -- texascheesecake99, 2024-12-09 ### *---- "No service" I signed up for new service and if I’m leaving able to use it for two days been without Internet service for several days terrible service. -- No service !, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "app just doesnt work" my payments and everything work but the app never works and never logs in, good internet but bad app and support -- froomg, 2024-12-01 [View all Brightspeed Internet reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Brightspeed Internet Discovered Keywords - manager connect - my centurylink app - century link app - centurylink email - links manager - brightspeed internet - link organiser ## Apps Similar to Brightspeed Internet - [AT&T Cell Booster](https://apptail.io/app/att-cell-booster-YZK/united-states) - [My CenturyLink](https://apptail.io/app/my-centurylink-GPN/united-states) - [IPPS-A Launch Platform](https://apptail.io/app/ipps-a-launch-platform-CGU/united-states) - [UScellular™ – My Account](https://apptail.io/app/uscellular-my-account-SQcb/united-states) - [CenturyLink Security by McAfee](https://apptail.io/app/centurylink-security-by-mcafee-jBib/united-states) - [my Hometown Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/my-hometown-rewards-IUHb/united-states) - [RPS-Inmate Info](https://apptail.io/app/rps-inmate-info-IiIb/united-states) - [10Box Cost-Plus](https://apptail.io/app/10box-cost-plus-FuIb/united-states) - [Quantum Fiber from AT&T](https://apptail.io/app/quantum-fiber-from-att-KuIb/united-states) - [LA Wallet](https://apptail.io/app/la-wallet-AlRb/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
