## Brightspeed Reviews in United States

### *---- "Crashing after latest update"
The app doesn’t work when I choose to browse fiber plans in my area. I’m checking to see if and when the 2GB plan that I keep seeing ads for becomes available in my area, but when I click “Manage Fiber Plan”, it says “something went wrong” and drops me back to the login screen.
-- Rock_the_house, 2025-01-03

### *---- "Not functional"
Before I moved the app worked great. Now I can’t see a single device connected to the WiFi. Very unhappy with this subpar service!
-- ABri1983D, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Garbage"
Does not work at all. I updated to this from the old app, which actually worked, because the app forced me to. Now I can’t make payments as they are all rejected. Complete garbage app, stay away.
-- Kalinefan, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Inoperative for weeks"
Says to try again in a few minutes. Been trying to get on for weeks. Same error
-- rwjacobs, 2024-12-16

### *---- "Buggy"
App is very buggy and very hard to log into. Bright speed customer support is almost non-existent
-- jrogere1, 2024-11-07

### *---- "The old app was better"
This new app is super slow and buggy, and added nothing of worth the other app didn’t have. Fix your app, fix your internet service, and fix your customer support team.
-- Deafcon2, 2024-11-05

### *---- "VIRUS MALWARE DO NOT DOWNLOAD"
This app is definitely a malware danger
-- NomNumm, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Horrible app"
The app doesn’t even work. I put in my username and password it says the password is incorrect or a typo. Even though I’ve changed it several times and making sure I’m not typing anything wrong. It’s not an issue in my end. Now when I press forgot password on the app it says something went wrong every time. I tried calling customer service and they did absolutely nothing about it.
-- Tommey Smith, 2024-10-29

### *---- "Waste of time"
It just loads their website. This app doesn’t do anything useful. Had to log in three times before it would even let me use the “troubleshooter”.
-- Awsrdr1, 2024-09-28

### *---- "Download"
You people can't even get the download right. It downloads and than doesn't install.
