I love this app, the support to the clients is excellent
The dumbest thing cruise lines added for their crew members
Useless facial recognition system (just use the built in biometrics, why the fake unfocused photo every time your broken system *tries* to scan someone’s face if not to just ignore taking accountability for being lousy?) slow payday disbursements, fraud protection that can leave you stranded yet somehow still hackable. Get rid of Brightwell please.

Worst Financial App I’ve ever dealt with
This is a US Company, and I can’t send $ from Brightwell to my US debit card. I had no problem until April 2025. Now, I cannot access my money.
Camera
Since the last update for some reason camera to pass the face check is not going through. Debelpers please fix it
Card issues
Reviewing the app for my recent issue only. Support team turned around my issue overnight less than 24hours. My card was locked and they managed to reactive me within no time. A big thank you to Katrina Gianan Brightwell support team.
