Two suggestions- 

1. Put a check in/ check out shortcut on every screen. I’m always in a hurry at that moment and I never seem to be on the right screen when I open my app, so I end up standing around at drop off messing with my phone till I get to the right screen that has the button. 

2. Make downloading pictures smoother. - let me select them all and do it all at once each day. I don’t need to push “okay” after I’ve downloaded- just move on. Also, why do I have to open and exit each picture individually- make it so you can just swipe through them chronologically.

I’m enjoying seeing my granddaughter playing and interacting with other children in her class. Even when she is having a bad day, the Teachers are always capturing the moments. So there are no excuses for bad behavior. This is the perfect apt to have. I feel real confident that my granddaughter is getting the education she need.

We really appreciate the Brightwheel app, the photo feature is so great, we get excited when there is an alert from Brightwheel hoping it’s a picture update showing what our daughter is up to at school. The check in feature is good, as is the message portal. Very user friendly. We do wish the calendar integrated with the iCal so we could import all school holidays / events into our personal calendar. Great service, great app!

### *---- "Loved the app but hated constantly getting overcharged"
We loved the app but, it's brilliant, but got constantly overcharged by our school, and each time it's a huge pain to get the erroneous charges refunded. BrightWheel doesn't let you cancel AutoPay in the app, even if the school overcharges repeatedly. Even after cancelling our contract with this school, BrightWheel would not let us cancel AutoPay. For parents this is a nightmare.
I reached out to the BrightWheel support about this. They repeatedly reaffirmed that they cannot disable AutoPay for my account. I kept insisting that they have to again and again. It took forever, but ultimately, they disabled it for me. Which means they lied about it the whole time while I am being overcharged repeatedly by thousands of $.
Again, we loved the app but minus one million stars for turning a blind eye to abuse of their payment system and for flat out lying about not being able to disable autopay.
