Recommend adding search function
Great app, recommend adding a search function to the messages to more easily find specific older messages.
Ugh
This app is killing me. Add a feature that allows me to efficiently download photos of my child rather than one by one!! In fact, hire me and it’ll be the first thing I build.
Request
When a family member send a message the other family members aren’t notified, would be great if everyone received the notification just like when the school send a message.
Supports child indoctrination
On their "anti-bias" blog, Brightwheel not only wants you to teach but openly encourages your CHILD to participate in "a month dedicated to the celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender pride." No thanks.
Staff & Parent user- unsatisfied
Where to start… not satisfied being a staff member AND parent trying to use the app at the same time. If you are trying to use as a parent and a staff member, you have to have 2 separate accounts. You can only be signed into one account at a time and you DON’T get notifications for the one your not signed into. With that being said, you miss up to date information/ messages. From a staff member account, there is no where to add sign up sheets for parties or parent teacher conferences. If Bright Wheels can fix these two major issues, I would be highly satisfied with them because they do honesty offer a lot on the app. So now I’m stuck choosing do I stay logged onto my staff account or do I stay logged onto my parent account for up to date info from my children’s school?!? It’s a loose loose situation. PLEASE FIX THIS BRIGHT WHEELS!!
IPAD
Great app overall. Can we have it so we can view on ipad on landscape mode? I have mine with a keyboard and everytime i want to use the app i have to remove keyboard because it switches to portrait mode.
Astronomical Payment Fees
This is a terrific app, but the fees to pay an invoice (any method) are ridiculous. Seriously, 6% for ACH transfer?!
Good
Good. Sometimes my provider will send messages over app that I wish they would call about, but thats not really the apps fault. Its easy to criticize the 25.69 dollar credit card fee as being outrageously expensive but the realist in me can count this as the app costing 25.69 a month. Still a lot though. By biggest complaint is the payment receipt does not reflect the processing fee so the provided receipt doesn’t match the actual charges. This is a potential problem for those of us submitting required receipts to our HSA providers. The receipts need to match the charges.
