## briiv 2.0 Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Nice ornament but nothing better"
The controls on the front of the device are poor, sometimes working, mostly not. The app pretends it’s connected to your device, you set a schedule and nothing happens. You try to control the device, you think you are and guess what - nothing happens. Terrible and complete waste of money.
-- Sammybal, 2025-05-17

### ***** "Love it!"
Couple of technical issues that have now been resolved easily, really enjoying using it to keep my house fresh and clear
-- Peter Rodrigo Ward, 2024-11-19

### ***** "Impressive UI"
Very easy to connect via WiFi, following the instructions in the app. Features are straight forward and the graphical trends are a brilliant feature. If you’re someone that is into data & analytics this comes as a great bonus.

After trying many custom apps over the years this is a breath of fresh air to use.
-- Lemon wedge min, 2024-11-11

### *---- "Terrible"
This app is almost completely useless. Almost none of the functionality works. The product itself works well but when you pay as much for something like this you expect the app to work with the product. It doesn’t.
-- saminho1978, 2024-11-11

### *---- "Doesn’t work!"
Can’t believe I spent like £400 for a device and I can’t use half the functionality because of poorly designed app. Login issues, device not connecting to wifi…
-- Poshum, 2024-10-19

### **--- "Improvements Underway"
Update: After a month of use the app has ceased to do the most basic functions and the air quality tracking graphs are non-sensical after a recent update. This app really needs some work to make the cost of this unit justified.

Original: I backed the briiv 2.0 on Kickstarter and have just received my unit at the end of Aug 2024 and set it up. I did not experience the majority of issues others have complained about. At the stage where you select your WiFi network inside the app I needed to restart once, but after that everything worked smoothly as explained in the help video on their website.
While the app doesn’t currently have all the features in its initial roll out, there was a letter in my unit explaining this and indicating what work was being done. I’m really looking forward to using all the functions in a few months time.
-- LibraryTea, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Just doesn’t work."
Flat out won’t let me sign in, let alone connect the devices.
-- jetso00, 2024-07-05

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
If I could give this app zero I would, what a pile of junk to numerous times to even register the briiv and the scheduling doesn’t work at all, total rubbish
-- migzy_1, 2024-03-02

### *---- "Will not connect"
Product seems to be a gimmick. App will not connect. Almost no support or back up
-- charlie churchill 101, 2024-01-03

### *---- "Can’t even sign up to the app"
Downloaded the app, entered my email address and received the code - entered the code into the app and the continue button simply does not do anything (have pressed it 20+ times) so I cannot get any further
