I downloaded brilliant to try it out and use the free trial, I didn’t like it so I cancelled, but few weeks later I got charged for the whole year. I contacted customer support but they don’t reply on my e-mails, really sketchy use something different because this is clearly a scam.

But my biggest problem is with its insistence to code on your mobile phone with the stupid phone keyboard. 
I'm struggling more with the keyboard than the questions that I often just click show explanation to verify the solution I have in my head instead of wrestling with the keyboard. Especially in Python that relies on indentation, my iPhone keyboard doesn't have a tab key and copying and pasting is really difficult at times. I know that the app auto indents but it's still not a fun way to code.
