Like if I’m paying for an education app i hope I does not have little mistakes that any human being can recognize. This is not the case. 
Literally easy to fix bugs are not fixed and the help center doesn’t even reply to us, the customers actually doing their job catching the bugs.

I don’t mind some bugs in the app , it’s natural. But then please don’t make it so expensive
