Nothing will make the app work. Defeats the whole purpose of even having a smart home light switch. I’m very disappointed. -- Garcia8879, 2024-08-22 ### ***** "Awesome" App works really good. Only thing is I wish it worked with MyQ -- ZBB13, 2024-05-18 ### ****- "Updated : Great system" Update : App quit working on my iPad, but it’s a really old one running an old version of iOS so I can’t really blame Brilliant. They reached out and tried to help, which I appreciate. Word on the street is that they may be going out of business. Hope not as it really is a great system. Original : Love the Brilliant system overall. I have several of their controls throughout my house and was a relatively early adopter. However, after the most recent update, the app now just crashes at launch on my iPad. Have tried removing it and reinstalling, restarting the iPad, etc. -- Agent*Cooper, 2024-05-04 ### *---- "Misleading Claims" I have yet to get my stupid device to work with HomeKit. Basically useless to me. -- FartBarf, 2024-02-09 ### *---- "Fake app rating (per usual)" I’ve never had an installation app work so terribly before in my life. I CONSTANTLY had to close out of the app to connect a device, turn something on. Connecting the brilliant panel to alexa was the most confusing thing. The app says “successfully connected, you may now use alexa.” And of course, the voice command didnt work. So after 5 minutes of closing out and clicking around, I found a secret menu that enables me to turn on voice mode….a setting that I mistakenly trusted the app for being turned on WHEN IT TOLD ME SO. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I’ve never wanted to hate an app more. Never setting one of these up ever again. -- Nonan1027, 2024-01-30 ### *---- "Can’t hear anything" Can’t hear anything when talked in the camera -- TKAnsari, 2023-11-10 ### *---- "Please reconsider buying this" This system is a massive pain in the neck. Takes lots of time to set up. Now they want me to factory reset all devices (I have 3) just to change the email address associated with it. Logged me out of the app, and does not let me connect. Will need to spend time to do the set up all over again for something that should just work seamlessly. I would not buy this again. -- XiViorMi, 2023-11-01 ### ***** "Fantastic Smart Home System - Better than Savant!" Spent over $50k on A/V and Savvant system for our second home only to be blown away with our new brilliant systems in our primary. We installed 7 of the single grange throughout the house approx 4 inches above certain light switches. We don’t even use them as “light switches”, instead we use them as smart home “mini panels” that connects to our rings, Sonos, climate, and Lutron lights!! These are amazing!! -- M M II, 2023-10-07 ### ***** "Annoyed to Wow Love app design" I rushed threw it thinking I would figure it out. Bad idea. Take your time setting up, App design remarkable from a Ui/ Ux background The app designers/ developers nailed it! -- Asun1111, 2023-09-25 ### **--- "No Watch App" To me, this would be so much more convenient with an apple watch companion app. Most of the time, it’s less effort to use the switches on the wall than use the app. Sure, it’s nice to be able to control things from outside the apartment, but I haven’t had much need for that. Things would be so accessible and quick from the watch though, and I would be really happy with it if that was a feature. -- Bendstraw13, 2023-08-26 [View all Brilliant Smart Home System reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Brilliant Smart Home System Discovered Keywords - control system - brilliant - brilliant smart home system - smart lighting system ## Apps Similar to Brilliant Smart Home System - [Bond Home](https://apptail.io/app/bond-home-SGq/united-states) - [Lutron App](https://apptail.io/app/lutron-app-BhG/united-states) - [PowerView](https://apptail.io/app/powerview-zXT/united-states) - [Sub-Zero Group Owner’s App](https://apptail.io/app/sub-zero-group-owners-app-AXT/united-states) - [Somfy myLink](https://apptail.io/app/somfy-mylink-BXT/united-states) - [U by Moen Smart Shower](https://apptail.io/app/u-by-moen-smart-shower-AcU/united-states) - [AIPHONE IXG](https://apptail.io/app/aiphone-ixg-EQsb/united-states) - [Kwikset](https://apptail.io/app/kwikset-ATMb/united-states) - [OHD Anywhere](https://apptail.io/app/ohd-anywhere-gvbc/united-states) - [Kwikset Premis Smart Lock](https://apptail.io/app/kwikset-premis-smart-lock-Wesk/united-states) ## Brilliant Smart Home System Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/canada) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/mexico) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/united-kingdom) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/ecuador) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/hungary) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/new-zealand) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/panama) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/united-arab-emirates) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/venezuela) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/australia) - [Barbados](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/barbados) - [Bermuda](https://apptail.io/app/brilliant-smart-home-system-qrn/bermuda) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
