## Bringko Reviews in United States

### *---- "it’s so slow"
I’ve been trying to get on the app since i downloaded it 4 days ago and it keeps saying “Something Went Wrong” and won’t load anything
-- Harper Rivas, 2026-05-11

### **--- "When is app coming back?"
Still in maintenance? Suppose to finish by new years, what happened? when is app coming back?
-- bigmike0, 2026-02-17

### **--- "App not working"
When will the app be back? It says service maintenance and upgrades??
-- Vevsgdv, 2026-01-16

### *---- "Too slow"

“I’ve placed around 50 orders over the years and always had a great experience, but starting this year my packages keep showing as ‘domestic Korea shipping’ for almost a month. In the past, they used to send email updates when there were delays, but now there’s no communication at all. I even had to cancel my orders three times this year because they were so delayed. Yet I still receive frequent promotional and event emails.
-- hhyee0710, 2025-11-25

### *---- "Bad experience"
I placed an order over a week ago, and there was absolutely no progress on the shipment. When I finally reached out to customer service, they only then responded with a long apology saying they were experiencing a surge in orders, causing delays, and that they couldn’t even tell me when my item would be available. They also said I could cancel for a full refund if I contacted them again.

In short, they sent a generic apology without any real explanation or proactive communication. If the delay was this serious, they should have reached out to me first instead of waiting until I contacted them.

Overall, very disappointing customer service and communication.

-- Huhjja, 2025-10-16

### *---- "Worst Shipping Experience Ever"
If I could give negative stars, I would. They claimed they couldn’t process my shipment because of no staff and kept me waiting for over a month. What’s the point of air shipping if it takes this long? Total waste of my time.
-- Younglim2, 2025-10-02

### *---- "Not working after update"
After updating to new app, cant shop anything. Shows http error status 429.
