So… How does it work? Download the App and Create an Account- Simply download our app and fill out the basic information to create your profile. Request a Pickup- Set your pickup and delivery locations along with details about your items to get started. Select same day delivery or schedule your order for a future date and submit your request. Track your Truck and Relax- Sit back and relax while you track your delivery to your home. Once your order is complete, the app will calculate your cost, send you an invoice and allow you to rate your bringpro experience. Never wait for a delivery again! Great. Well noon rolls around so I give them a call. Eta 3:30. Okay. Call at 4:00. New eta 6:00. I feel like they waited until rush hour to get more time on the road aka more $. Total rip off. If I had gotten a truck at anytime before 3:30 then the price to move 1 couch would have been 40 bucks. Not bad right? Well now it was 100. What the hell...Also there driver tracking app never worked. I have used it multiple times and it never disappoints. The movers our professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The best thing about the Bringpro App is that you do not have to plan when you need to move furniture. You can post a job anytime and you will receive a pick up immediately. Bringpro eliminates the stress of moving and makes it more convenient. Then I see a Bringpro van rolling down the fwy. I DL the app and within an hour 2 guys show up and due what would've taken me HOURS to do! They're a new company and very professional. A van shows up with 2 professional uniformed guys who are ready willing and able to move anything locally as long as it fits in one of the big oversized vans. I've used it several times, most recently to move a bed and dresser. It's only available in Orange County, California right now but I'd bet they will be growing quickly.
