I have the schedule set years ago, but now can’t change it because the feature is removed from the menu -- xubao1234, 2024-12-22 ### *---- "Widget Gone" The app had a great widget but it has been gone since the latest update. This is a huge loss. -- DKM_2024, 2024-12-20 ### ***-- "Widget no longer available." Ever since the most recent iPhone update, Brinks app does not have its convenient widget. By updating that feature, this app would surely be a 5 out of 5. -- ItsPat2U, 2024-12-13 ### **--- "Cannot change phone number" Our phone number has been incorrect from day 1. Have requested it be changed over the phone. After 3 years -still wrong. The app apparently does not allow the phone number to be edited. Guess we’ll try to contact a human once again. -- Digs Flowers, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Literally the worst!!!" Beyond disappointed in this company. We have been trying since last May to get our payment in for updated with them and they clearly don’t know what they are doing. Because they kept “updating our info” and not having “record” of this being done we went past due. And they kept going past due until we could no longer afford the bill. At that point we wanted to cut our losses and cancel and they couldn’t even help us with that. They “sent us the cancel forms which never came via email and now have sent us to collections all because they can’t do their jobs. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone we know and after being on the phone with them yesterday asking for help I will be contacting a lawyer since they want to ruin our credit by not doing their FREAKING JOB!!!! -- eaker97, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Terrible" This app is so useless. Cannot rely on it to actually connect the system in a somewhat real time…. It works great if you willing to wait several minutes ( in most cases over 10 minutes) for any command to execute I wish I could replace the application ant the company. Do not sign up they will not perform and will not deliver what they promise -- Josmarti4666, 2024-12-05 ### ***-- "Bring back shortcut options" With the latest version of iOS, we lost the ability to run any scenes from the home controls menu. This seems like a bug -- cb1/3, 2024-12-03 ### ***** "Great" Love it so easy to use -- Mc444yyy, 2024-11-28 ### ***** "Technical help" I was not at home and not at my keypad, but the nice gentleman was able to reset my system and get it working properly. He did a very good job. -- Glrv1979, 2024-11-11 [View all Brinks Home reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Brinks Home Discovered Keywords - blink home monitor - blink doorbell - blink home security - brink home - blink home - the blink home monitor - home security - brinks home ## Apps Similar to Brinks Home - [SkyBell HD](https://apptail.io/app/skybell-hd-ZCh/united-states) - [Aladdin Connect](https://apptail.io/app/aladdin-connect-ChG/united-states) - [Total Connect Comfort](https://apptail.io/app/total-connect-comfort-sZG/united-states) - [iAquaLink](https://apptail.io/app/iaqualink-cVT/united-states) - [Trane® Home](https://apptail.io/app/trane-home-dVT/united-states) - [Total Connect 2.0](https://apptail.io/app/total-connect-20-tVT/united-states) - [Alarm.com](https://apptail.io/app/alarmcom-gIac/united-states) - [ADT Control ®](https://apptail.io/app/adt-control-hIac/united-states) - [ADT Pulse ®](https://apptail.io/app/adt-pulse-Grbc/united-states) - [myCadillac](https://apptail.io/app/mycadillac-Irbc/united-states) ## Brinks Home Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/brinks-home-SUac/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/brinks-home-SUac/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
