## Brio Leisure Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Useless for families"
This app is so difficult to use if you are booking for children as well as yourself. I have three kids and will only let me book and pay for swimming for one of us at a time meaning my card got blocked for repeated small payments.

Setting up linked accounts was also ridiculously confusing and time consuming.
-- n.i.c.k.y_m, 2025-08-14

### ***** "Brio booking"
Since I’ve been using this app I have been able to successfully book my aqua classes
Even from abroad when I’ve been on holiday
-- Aqua pat, 2025-05-21

### **--- "Not useful"
The new app makes booking for myself and daughter impossible without going to the centre first! Useless as we can’t book so won’t be going until we can get it updated!
-- D1$$apointed, 2025-04-09

### *---- "Awful booking system"
clumsy navigation system, feels like I’m going in circles to book. Nothing like the video in the app.
-- Equip all, 2025-02-21

### ***** "Easy to use"
Very easy to work and use app.
-- Newbieladyk.89, 2025-01-19

### **--- "Classic Clueless Brio!"
Old app used to work well and have a good social leaderboard to compare to other members. For some reason, Brio decided they needed a new app! Six months later the new app still has plenty of bugs (puts you on waiting list for classes, despite spaces available if book direct through their website).

Oh, and they have removed the social leaderboard with digital pointless badges!! Seriously, we’re not five years old.

Brio leadership really have zero commercial skills or understanding of their members. This is akin to the time they blew on £100,000’s on an interactive wall and new cafe…both rarely used and neither a key requirement for any members!
-- Iggymoo, 2025-01-11

### *---- "App does not function"
Very difficult to navigate and doesn’t allow me to book
-- Ihcogxitxitxyo, 2024-12-27

### **--- "Not very good"
It’s not intuitive and it doesn’t flow.
You can easily book a gym session.
However trying to book a swim session is impossible.
Whoever designed this app needs to take a look at and then take a look in a mirror and decide wether they have done a good job.
-- Craig 427, 2024-10-19

### *---- "Shocking"
Really confusing app to use. Being the old app back.
-- Annoyed customer RP, 2024-08-07

### *---- "Ms"
This App is rubbish! Cannot book sessions.. constantly in “Error” mode or timed out.
-- Okay this game, 2024-08-06
