Brisbane Bin and Recycling

This app is fine. But it could easily just be a website. I downloaded it hoping I could find the accepted recycling numbers on here - as I can’t find them on the BCC website or by googling - but it’s all the same info.

The colours on the calendar for bin days are missing.

What a waste of my time

Limited features. Not able to request a replacement bin. I hope this app was free to develop?

I loved the previous iteration of this app. The update means that the information is less obvious and for some inexplicable reason it won’t work if I am in wifi.

Old App was working fine - was prompted to update to new version, so I did. App doesn’t work. Deleted App and rebooted phone. Installed new App from scratch... App doesn't work. “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it” I’ve gone from having a working App to no App.

Useless app. Cannot fill in address where I live

The BCC identifies the different types of plastics, ie 1 - 7, but doesn’t then specify which can be put in recycling bin. It would be really handy to know if plastic number 5 could be put in the recycling bin from the app without deciding if it is hard or soft plastic.

After time about a month I have to set my location again. I live in the same place and I did not change my location and already set my address so why does it keep resetting every month?

App has a lot of features, however would be great to be able to set reminders for the day before as well as choose which bins /occasions to get reminders for. Thank you :)
