Please bring back the book - I am now using last year’s book although I have paid for the 2024 app-only membership.

Rip off

£40 a year gtf

Better

A significant improvement on mark one, but no built in spellcheck when leaving reviews and I can’t get reviews to open from mobile version, only my laptop. Very limiting.

Not a free app, expensive, must be British owned

Does a lot of what the free apps do for a hefty £44 charge. I will stick with the free apps. Also, there are 16 one star ratings for this app far outweighing the 4 and 5 stars. How is this app rated 4.4??????

Please please give us the book back

Expensive for an app that’s duplicating many of the stops anyway. Look a France Passion as a model, far far better value, book, membership sticker, card……… far far better

Much better but still some room for improvement

The upgraded app is much better. I love the fact that I can plan a route and see what stops are available along the way, and the filters are useful. However, when I search for a specific town I would like a pin to be dropped there rather than the app just zooming in on a general area. Personally I would prefer vehicle sizes in metres rather than feet (or both).

Nope!

Just garbage. The book works well. The concept is perfect. But the app is simply appalling. I feel like I have almost worn my finger out tapping on points on the map which do not work. I want to give my money to these sites - I’m sure these sites want my money. But this app is so bad it is literally preventing the connection between users and sites. Either bring back the book - or improve this app, at least to the point where it does not look, feel and act like it has been built by a team of five year olds. This app has denigrated a very good idea into a joke. How could you have released a version as poor as this that looks very much like a pre-pre-beta version. Come on Britstops, your reputation rests on an app that is dragging your name through the mire!

Not great any longer

Honestly can’t use the app or website. It was worth it but god knows what they done to the system. Deleting app and cancelled membership.

You are losing pace with us. Look at your ratings. Look at the fact you only answer the positive reviews. I don’t want a book, your out of touch. The cost is stupid. Take heed about greed, not all of us have £100.000 motorhomes. Lots need grey waste points. Lots need toilet points. It just shows you have not called or know about the places you have entered. I won’t pay you any money it’s just way too expensive. The very fact we are locked out by a code is stupid, just a peek would help. Can you imagine if all the high street shops had blacked out windows, we want to see what is on offer.
