Cannot access content
Subscribed but cannot access any content. They are unable to find my subscription so I cancelled but am still out of money for a months fee. Funnily, i can see my active subscription on the subscribed apps.

NO NEW OE FRESH CONTENT
The only subscription platform I know that can go over 4 weeks with no new content . There is no point in sustaining an ongoing monthly subscription with them . A cash-grab on their end , and a waste of money on the customers end. LITERALLY NO VALUE FOR MONEY ! I am back a month later and nothing new was added on ! Throw away the whole service ! Bogus would be too kind an adjective .
Absolutely useless with apple TV
Don’t bother to order it if you are using Apple TV. Works fine after you have subscribed it - next day it won’t remember you and you will have an on-going subscription without having a possibility to check in or use it. Have rarely seen this poorly done app - done by a huge corporation. Horrendeous!

Work’s but..
On ios, keeps logging out, also with apple tv. Content in service is 5/5 but app quality is really bad, compared to amazon, netflix, apple tv.
Love the content but…
… the SD or even worse quality with modern resolution devices is not enjoyable by any means. A lot of the series could use a serious remastering - 720p has been absolute minimum for years and years. I won’t renew my subscription.
Doesn’t continue to next episode automatically.
Happens with Chromecast and it’s annoying..

I try to whats but every series episode says error code 70.011. I wont pay this to BritBox. And here is not too much to whats. Why?
