Login not possible
Unfortunately useless. For flights towards destination and back I always have to put in passport information twice. No real app, always loads websites for managing the booking. Please improve, not worth downloading. Cumbersome.

“Something went wrong“
I cannot see my current status in the app, it always shows me that “something went wrong“

Does not work
Whenever I try to find my booking, it says „network error“. BA website isn’t much better. Online checking is possible but you can not download your boarding pass. Wallet isn’t supported at all.
Getting a boarding pass took 15 minutes
First boarding pass could not load. Then I was redirected to the website. Even though I have opened the app. During the entire process, I get a big text telling me to go to the app even I opened by the app. It’s just not functional compared to others.
Constant LogIn Issues
There are constant LogIn issues. I can LogIn to my account via Computer, but with my cellphone I get a message my credentials would be wrong.
BA App and check in process
The process of checking in and the way the app works is poor and miserable. I would love to fly BA but normally I don’t because it’s just so janky. I fly KLM because it’s way smoother. I can give you more details if you really want but I guess you can just checking by using the KLM software. I really hope you can improve it!
Good example for an bad APP
Crashing, no Apple Wallet support...
Ganz furchtbar
Schlimme Anwendung. Unübersichtlich. Stürzt dauernd ab. Die Bordkarten für mehrere Personen sind nicht zu finden.
Nicht ausgereift
Die App hängte sich bei der Benutzung (Check-In / Bordkarten) mehrmals auf. Meine eigene Bordkarte wurde als Wallet Content produziert. Die Bordkarte meiner Frau konnten nicht gespeichert werden. Lediglich mit einem Screenshot konnte der QR-Code meiner Frau gesichert werden.
