The app does not allow you to copy and paste a booking ref nor can you get your online boarding card unless you log in again to the app. If you are a BA club member it does not automatically add points. Compared to other apps for airlines it needs an update.

Constantly pulling out to the webpage and not managing transactions within the app. Always slow, Shocking boarding pass experience can’t access anyone else on booking but lead passenger.
Complicated Boarding Pass process
The various windows bringing me in & out of the app & not opening up. Details not captured from time of booking. & then the end actually get the boarding pass to my mobile was complicated.
Make our lives easy
Worst app!. So difficult to get your boarding pass added to wallet. Kept telling me to open the app while I was in the app!

Site close to unusable, faults too numerous to enumerate.
Check in
Despite having booked butg legs of my journey together, it seems not to be possible to mobile do mobile checking and boarding pass for the Cork/London aer lingus leg. This is a really suboptimal situation. You need to make it possible to do on at least 1 of the airline apps aer lingus or BA. Otherwise the customer is getting little of any advantage of them being one company.
