Probably should recruit ex Ryanair staff to create a proper app. Really slow. Currently after spending 3 hours trying to change a flight, round and round selecting a flight then it says flight sold out, back to flights , flights still available, continually unavailable to book. Tried website, same issue. Range customer service, no help. What a pity, I’m sure the pound shop would possibly sell them an app for a couple of quid.
Lags , times out when you’re trying to check in. The booking disappears even after booking it through the app. A truly awful experience

If you are checking in for a group or family; be ready to retrieve every single person one by one to get the boarding pass. While you can check in all the group together, you can only download boarding passes one by one. Developers always fly alone…
It seems the alliance partners have not got their systems well integrated. My checked through flight with BA and Aer Lingus would not support seat selection or electronic boarding pass for the Aer Lingus section. It was also not possible to upgrade the BA flight, I’m guessing because this class is not offered by AL. Not a fun experience.
Check in process highly complex and slow. Repetitive entry of same information very frustrating
I am unable to add a checkin in bag to my flight. Which is absurd.
