Sometimes you’re redirected to the browser, but you can do pretty much everything and you don’t need to login multiple times Works fine!
Not user friendly
I always struggle to get the boarding pass.
Terrible app
Every time I use the app I have problems. Inexcusable. Unnecessary stress.
Not working
I don’t understand but it not allowing me to add my booking reference.
hilariously bad
hilariously bad app interface and design, can’t even load all reservations attached to an account. ridiculous that even easyjet or ryanair manage to produce a better app. app developers should be sacked and replaced by a bag if crisps, would make more sense.
passport and id card details not accepted
customer service closed and unable to do my self check in because apparently the app didn’t like my name (after trying a lot of things). no useful error message provided either on any of my many attempts.

BA App
Trying to check on via App is too slow and time consuming. App only opens online web page that frequently does not load or crashes. Repeated attempts required to achieve a complete check in as it stops at different stages each time. As a frequent traveller using many airlines and their online check in via an app, BA have successfully designed the worst one.
