Dear BA. Back in 2016 you had the best app by far. You could log on in a few seconds and book your flights within a minute, no matter if cash, points or combined.

Now I have racked up plus 500,000 points with your partner airlines because it is so complicated to use BA.

Look at Ryanair, Easyjet and co. See how easy it can be. Or simply role back all your 'improvements' and reintroduce the 2015 version that actually worked!

I have travelled with BA for 40 years. Degradation in last 8 years is shocking . Flights changed on numerous occasions, serious investment needed in IT, ease of use of website a joke , app not much better. To get through on phone a nightmare - the other carriers in the market have all raised their game , so this could be last time I will travel with you.

Please check the simplicity (number of steps to accomplish one task and clear information) of KLM or EasyJet as an exemples. Simplicity is definitely the key. 

I give and example, I need an invoice of my flight that I paid with my personal card in the name of my company with a VAT number in it - in both companies that I mentioned before is the simplest thing to do and I can do anytime, getting it immediately on email box. This fact helps me to get my personal money back fast with any further stress.

Trying to check on via App is too slow and time consuming. App only opens online web page that frequently does not load or crashes. Repeated attempts required to achieve a complete check in as it stops at different stages each time. As a frequent traveller using many airlines and their online check in via an app, BA have successfully designed the worst one.
