It is so well organised, easy to use, and has very good content. You can either follow the tours which I like the most, or listen rooms’ summary and their important artifacts. Every museum should have this. Thank you!

Good but…
Working well so far. But it’s incomplete and could be better. New exhibitions are not added and a lot of audio points are not per of this. So it’s not possible to see a headphone sign and plug in the number (frequently it will not be in this). So you’ve got to follow this tour in sequence.
Poor functionality
Doesn’t work well in the museum. Sometimes you get the commentary sometimes you don’t!
Waste of money
I bought one of the tours for £1.99. Only 9 items were covered and most were very difficult to find among all the other artefacts.
paid 2.99 for guide but not allow me to download.
paid 2.99 for the exhibition China Hidden Century but not allow me to download, ask me to buy again.
Not an easy tour to follow
This doesn’t work like a traditional audio tour, where you follow numbers 1-20 in order through the museum. Instead it picks out various item numbers, which are in different rooms and not in the order as you walk round. So you spend most of the time like a treasure hunt trying to find item, then constantly on your phone pressing play / next. It’s very hard to just relax, a tour should let you walk round listening to the audio, and it should guide you where to find each item.

It’s very easy to use this app for updating evens and sound introductions amazing to learn the history or story about the exhibition.
not user friendly as it designed
The map doesn't include real-time position and viewed history. I am disappointed. I can't find the item I am looking for
Don’t bother downloading most audio is in app purchase
I was really disappointed that the British Museum app, which i presumed would provide a wealth of information and resources for free, requires payment for many of its features. As someone who enjoys exploring the museum's exhibits and learning about its rich history, I was disappointed to find that certain sections of the app, such as audio guides, are only accessible through in-app purchases. I’ve been to many museums across the world and often their audio tours are free!
It very poolyvdone app
There are only available tours. You can’t find details of the objects based on the number given in display with audio sign. The staff’s expiation is that app not fully functioning yet..
