## British Swim School Reviews in United States

### *---- "Unusable"
This app is garbage. 100% bugs and 0% user friendly.
-- ceewesssssca, 2024-08-15

### *---- "Someone needs to fix the UI"
The most annoying design choice is around the schedule. You can only see one week at a time and for some odd reason, they list the date he started the class and not the date when the class is scheduled to occur.

This is just one of a list of complaints.
-- chaostheory, 2024-06-29

### ***** "Builds confidence"
My daughter really enjoys this swim school. They really engage with the kids and allow them to move at their own pace (within reason). They don’t force anything if they’re uncomfortable with it. By the end of class she’s sad that it’s over and wishes it would “go for hours”.
-- BaLlssssssz, 2024-06-19

### ***** "Super functional!"
While not fancy, this app is so helpful for reporting absences, scheduling make-up lessons, and seeing all of our account info for swim lessons! 😊
-- tickitytock, 2024-04-11

### ***** "Super useful"
Great way to manage my kids classes and stay connected with the school!
-- AndyLongCA, 2024-04-11

### *---- "Terrible"
There is no option to cancel membership. No option to change payment method. No option to remove your kids. Terrible app with terrible user experience.
-- voodoo144, 2023-08-29

### *---- "App does not work"
This App loads but doesn’t go beyond the splash screen on iPhone 13 Plus. Pressing the “Account” link does not do anything. Force quote and relaunched, same issue. Giving one star cause there are no options for zero or negative stars.
-- TexanStar, 2023-07-13

### **--- "App doesn’t work"
Unusable. Created a log in, but now when I try to log in nothing happens. I hit the “sign in” button and nothing happens. It never signs me so I can’t utilized any of the functions. I called and told them a few months ago about this issue. Still hasn’t been fixed. Completely useless
-- Danman6100, 2023-07-12

### *---- "Horrible load times"
Doesn’t want to load account, billing, etc. the important things needed to run your account. I won’t use but the desktop website is horrible also.
-- OlderPhoneUser, 2023-05-27

### *---- "Unusable"
This is a terrible app from start to finish. For example, signup requires two contacts with three phone numbers each. This makes some strange assumptions about families.

On signup a pool location is assigned and it does not appear possible to change. I was given a location 125 miles away despite there being two location with 10 miles, so I can’t actually find classes in my home pool (or pools).

This app was clearly contracted to a company who doesn’t understand or care about user experience and it shows.
