BF has the most stupid arrangement whereby ferry availability for upcoming sailings for the year ahead are signalled to members in a message advising when booking is about to be opened. Owing to the scarcity of good cabin availability (to Spain at least) there’s an almighty rush to the website on the day. This leads to the website crashing and an impossible wait on the phone for an agent - 2 and a half hours yesterday before I gave up. The website, when it’s working, is not intuitive and frustratingly, entails going backwards and forwards to establish the preferred sailing date/cabin etc.  Airlines manage similar multi-faceted websites successfully, why can’t BF open bookings a month at a time and get the bookings’ sales’ software on the app written sensibly ?
