I’m a season ticket holder, and after the latest app update it literally says I have no tickets. I have a show today, it’s Saturday, and all phone lines are only open M-F. What a disaster.

I concur with leslie13579’s review because I had the same issues. It’s not even worthy of a 1-star rating.

This app doesn’t work!! It’s the only way to view tickets for civic center shows, but whenever I click on the app it won’t even open.

Every time I press on the app it doesn’t open. Really bad.

I have downloaded it twice and it does not work. I have followed all the steps they suggest, and now I’m worried we’ll be late if we have to get tickets from will call. The old system worked just fine, this is insane.

This app is USELESS! So disappointed that Broadway San Diego hasn’t resolved the issues with this app. Can’t open , tried suggestions to reinstall, blah, blah , blah… who has time for it?

This app does not work. If you try to sign in on the main screen, there is text for the login that is overlaid on other text, so you cannot login. If you follow all the steps to remedy the login problems, they don’t work. If you go to season-ticket holder’s sign in, you can sign in that way and if you were lucky see your tickets. However, if you click the button to “add to Apple wallet “then it’s spins for a minute and then you get a whole bunch of pages of garbled characters, and it does not put a ticket in the wallet. Tried it many times different phones and it does not allow tickets to go into an Apple wallet. I can only imagine what a nightmare this is for some senior patrons and others who are not smart phone or tech savvy, as it does not work at all like advertised.

How can a theater require mobile tickets and then provide an app that doesn’t work???

Couldn’t even get close to logging in with my Broadway in San Diego account. The app required me to log in with my Ticketmaster account – but I don’t have one. There was no alternative way to log in.

Terrible app. Every time I try to use it to access tickets I have already paid for, I have to delete, power-down phone and reinstall multiple times. Absolutely terrible app. Nederland we should give us an option to snail-mail paper tickets. This is terrible service and will make me reconsider renewing subscription next season.
