Easy to use, early ticket sales, fun giveaways, and quick access to my tickets. -- MarkBeltran, 2024-11-27 ### *---- "My tickets don’t show after I log in - terrible" I’m a season ticket holder, and after the latest app update it literally says I have no tickets. I have a show today, it’s Saturday, and all phone lines are only open M-F. What a disaster. -- Petunilla, 2023-05-13 ### *---- "Does not work" I concur with leslie13579’s review because I had the same issues. It’s not even worthy of a 1-star rating. -- tryagain1-100, 2022-02-23 ### *---- "App is broken" This app doesn’t work!! It’s the only way to view tickets for civic center shows, but whenever I click on the app it won’t even open. -- Sport flick, 2021-12-05 ### *---- "I can’t even open the app" Every time I press on the app it doesn’t open. Really bad. -- st0pd0ingthis, 2021-12-03 ### *---- "App Won’t Even Open" I have downloaded it twice and it does not work. I have followed all the steps they suggest, and now I’m worried we’ll be late if we have to get tickets from will call. The old system worked just fine, this is insane. -- logicandcrazy, 2021-11-30 ### *---- "AWFUL!!!!" This app is USELESS! So disappointed that Broadway San Diego hasn’t resolved the issues with this app. Can’t open , tried suggestions to reinstall, blah, blah , blah… who has time for it? -- Trixxie56, 2021-11-30 ### *---- "Poor quality app- does not work" This app does not work. If you try to sign in on the main screen, there is text for the login that is overlaid on other text, so you cannot login. If you follow all the steps to remedy the login problems, they don’t work. If you go to season-ticket holder’s sign in, you can sign in that way and if you were lucky see your tickets. However, if you click the button to “add to Apple wallet “then it’s spins for a minute and then you get a whole bunch of pages of garbled characters, and it does not put a ticket in the wallet. Tried it many times different phones and it does not allow tickets to go into an Apple wallet. I can only imagine what a nightmare this is for some senior patrons and others who are not smart phone or tech savvy, as it does not work at all like advertised. -- leslie13579, 2021-11-30 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" How can a theater require mobile tickets and then provide an app that doesn’t work??? -- tims300, 2021-11-30 ### *---- "Utterly useless" Couldn’t even get close to logging in with my Broadway in San Diego account. The app required me to log in with my Ticketmaster account – but I don’t have one. There was no alternative way to log in. -- spyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyu, 2021-11-25 [View all Broadway San Diego reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Broadway San Diego -
