Stay away from this website! They tried to fool me. I purchased 2 tickets and they didn’t send me any confirmation and verification codes. I called my bank and canceled it right away. -- Billisbored, 2024-11-25 ### **--- "Can’t access your tickets on the app" App is ok for choosing a show but it doesn’t store your tickets in the app, so you aren’t able to put them in your phone wallet. I had to print my tickets at home. Who does that anymore? Very inconvenient. -- gotchi11, 2024-04-07 ### *---- "Can’t erase closed shows from saved menu" If you forget to remove show from your saved tab before it closes it’s their forever. Attempting to remove it will instead display an error -- CalicoJackRackham, 2024-01-17 ### ***-- "No saved tix?" The app should allow me to EASILY find my tickets that I purchased on it. Nope. Not available apparently. -- MagicDrP, 2023-12-19 ### *---- "Discrimination against tourist and scam" My grandma and mom bought me ticket to & Juliet as a surprise and had sent it to my email but so I didn’t see the ticket due to them changing the password my mom and grandma didn’t relize the system glitch the ticket to a past showing l we didn’t find out until i was at the theater.and the soundheim theater was a very unpleasant experience box office person was cussing as out and yelling as to buy new ticket amd now Broadway.com just feel like another scam website for New York -- Jezz1688, 2023-08-22 ### *---- "Can’t find my tickets!" App is difficult to view purchased tickets -- krissy tina g, 2023-07-27 ### **--- "Reference site only" Can’t see your account. Can’t download your tix to wallet. No function really…just a TV Guide version of the shows -- teric!23, 2023-03-31 ### ****- "Buzz" Love everything about this app except how come I can’t find a way to get the Buzz to post as notifications to my phone????? -- Ray W. P., 2023-03-14 ### ***** "Love theater and musicals" I love theater so much -- MiaNittoly, 2023-03-05 ### ***** "So much is back!" I’m retired. The pandemic put a cherry on top of that for me. But my heart is full just looking at all that is being created for these brilliant members of the Broadway community. Put pressure on carbon…you get diamonds. Thank you. 🥹 -- Staunchwoman, 2022-10-23 [View all Broadway.com reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Broadway.com Discovered Keywords -
