## BroadwayHD Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible"
Don’t sign up for this. It’s ridiculously hard to cancel a subscription. Apparently once you’ve subscribed you can’t unsubscribe. Still trying to figure out how to get out of this.
-- Jipmag, 2026-05-06

### *---- "App not opening"
Any time I open the app it shows the opening screen , and then blacks out and closes. In general, the iPhone app is quite clunky…
-- Venom Cortex, 2025-12-29

### *---- "don’t get this"
If your whole point is to make theatre accessible why make it a subscription only thing??? Smh
-- Sav_Isnt_Savvy, 2025-09-06

### **--- "What happened??"
I got a subscription last year and absolutely loved the wide range of musicals and ballets that were on the app/ website. When I went to look for something to watch last night I had been logged out and my password had to be changed. When I was finally able to log in the app was completely different! My favorites folder was empty and most of what I had favorited was no longer on the app, the selection is a lot smaller, and the app is more of a pain to use.
I'm seriously reconsidering renewing next month unless something changes. $200 a year for what is currently available isn't worth it.
-- avidwriter15, 2025-08-13

### *---- "Locked out again"
I have an active subscription, and every time I turn on the app it locks me out, then I have to log back in and then it tells me I don’t have a subscription that’s active. I reached out to Customer Service and they said that was because I first subscribe through Apple, and then I have to cancel that subscription and subscribe directly to them through their website. I did that and still having the same problems.
-- NSAdocNYC, 2025-06-13

### **--- "Issue with Apple TV App"
It’s extremely frustrating scrolling through shows on the Apple TV app since half a second after you hover over an item, the cover (with the very important title) disappears.
-- PCWilder, 2025-06-11

### *---- "Horrible app"
Credentials never save. Have to reenter each time. Support refuses to fix.
-- CoolBruno, 2025-06-10

### *---- "No Bueno"
I was excited to download the app and watch shows like Kinky Boots and others in the promo. Sadly, I saw that they were nowhere to be seen. If you’re going to promo your shoes, make sure they stay in your platform.

Seriously, not worth it.

PS: Sad to see that the issues in the reviews haven’t been taken in consideration since I experienced most of the problems mentioned in reviews from 5 years ago.
-- Kari.coral, 2025-06-01

### *---- "One of the worst streaming apps"
This is literally one of the worst streaming apps I’ve ever had. It’s so inconsistent and there’s so much latency and so unreliable. This is why I will not continue the subscription.
-- Rmichae, 2025-04-20

### **--- "Stopped working across all platforms"
I purchased a Mother’s Day subscription for my mother and have renewed it year over year. She really enjoyed the shows but suddenly it asked for a subscription when we select any show to watch even though we have confirmed we have 4 months left on the current subscription. Contacted customer support and none of the troubleshooting recommendations have worked. We have tried the website and apps on iOS and Roku. Won’t renew this year.
