## Brompton Bike Hire Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Hard to use"
It’s pretty clunky. Needs sorting. Also can’t just look without putting in card details (when signing up)
-- godfrey1234556789, 2026-03-23

### *---- "Terrible UI & Authentication"
Simply doesn’t work
-- mihirag, 2026-03-19

### *---- "Unusable app"
As any others have pointed out this app is unusable I’m not even able to register
-- This is me human man, 2026-01-21

### *---- "Dreadful. Still not working"
Can’t login, can’t hire a bike. Just a blank screen when I try. Just a complete waste of time. Avoid.
-- the_steve_cox, 2025-12-28

### **--- "Good idea poorly executed."
I like the idea and I can see the advantages; widened transport possibilities for users and expanded exposure for the Brompton brand. Down side is the iPhone app, which plain just will not load due to difficulties with the registration process. This needs fixing and soon.
-- John W J, 2025-12-27

### *---- "Terrible service"
Such inconvenient and inefficient app. I’m soooo fking disappointed
-- Bromptonidiit, 2025-12-26

### *---- "poor design app lot of bug"
When I do the identification, the camera doesn’t work even I already give the permission to use my camera
-- Kenthuangeh, 2025-12-08

### *---- "Terrible app"
Absolutely terrible experience using the app / hire service / resulting in wasted time / missed appointments etc
-- DazMoive, 2025-11-24

### *---- "Terrible app"
The app is glitchy, didn’t get my first submission of details and customer service isn’t the best, not sure it’s worth the bother.
-- Jemma1310, 2025-09-13

### *---- "Very bad experience"
Don’t click on the support menu button because you will never be able to see the home menu afterwards. The support button opens up a large pop up that never goes away unless you uninstall and reinstall app. Hiring bike service works but app experience is bad. Also, would be nice to clearly show how many bikes/ return spots are available so that can coordinate with friends where to hire and return them instead of guessing.
