The app is great when it works but 8/10 I go to use the app to refill my meds it either crashes, won’t load or when it does load it will only go to certain menu options then get stuck.. I’ve checked my internet speed and my cell data and they are fine. Cleared my cache and still have issues.. pretty much just call in my refills now, not worth the trouble of trying to use the app.. fix the issues and you’ll have a good app. -- bIg pApi changa, 2022-09-28 ### *---- "Aggravating" I’ve never even gotten the chance to use the app because every time I sign in it says “ You’re session has expired. Please sign in again .” Over and over. Never letting me sign in. -- door9210, 2022-07-25 ### *---- "Hasn’t worked once" This app hasn’t worked from the moment I loaded it. It cannot locate my prescriptions, and when I scan directly from the bottle filled at Brookshire’s it reports that my number is invalid….junk -- Kalom98, 2022-06-13 ### **--- "BB app" This app drives me nuts! First of all it takes for ever for app to open. I continually have to put my email and password in even though I have it on show. Then the app might total disappeared and have to do email and password again. Just getting it open is a major ordeal. It takes forever! Sometimes you put password and email in and app freezes. Also If an Rx has no refills and is ordered it doesn’t show up as “getting refilled” so your not sure if you placed the order or not. Out of all the apps I have, this is the most frustrating. -- Terra Rayne, 2021-11-26 ### ***-- "New update crashes" Love this app but the latest update (.105) crashes. Hope this gets fixed soon. -- QuiltedLadybug, 2018-10-02 ### ****- "OS 12" The app does not work with OS 12 -- knew1222, 2018-09-20 ### *---- "WHAT IS WRONG, FIX IT" Can you PLEASE fix your app. I can’t even change my reminder settings because it will not pull up from the opening screen. SO FRUSTRATING with this company!! -- Rashael7, 2018-08-01 ### ***** "Very user friendly & helpful" I love this app. I use it to refill my meds. Makes the process very simple and I can do it at any time from anywhere. It helps me to manage my medications & have my necessary meds always available. -- Pam_nursemom, 2018-03-27 ### ***** "Rx app" Love the Brookshire brothers Rx app. I can refill my medicine at anytime :) -- nadimc, 2016-11-03 ### ***** "Easy and Dependable" Easy to use. Tried others and they don't compare. -- Cartoonfan900, 2016-10-07 [View all Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Brookshire Brothers Pharmacy Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/brookshire-brothers-pharmacy-Xbtd/united-states) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/brookshire-brothers-pharmacy-Xbtd/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
