Gute Bekömmlichkeit, ausgeprägte Aromen und natürliche gute Frischhaltung erreichen wir durch lange kühle Teigführung von mindetstens 24h. Wir kultivieren fünf verschiedene Natursauerteige, vom Roggen, über Weizen bis hin zu Dinkel. Als Mitglied des Genussregion Saarland Netzwerkes, arbeiten wir sehr eng mit regionalen Erzeugern zusammen. Zu unseren Lieferanten gehören zB die Mühle Schuwer in Ormesheim, die Bliesmühle, der Hartungshof, Birkenhof, Bio Geflügelhof Zenner, Metzgerei Petermann um nur einige zu nennen.
