Not user-friendly very cumbersome

I find the Artspira app and to coordinate with my sewing and my scanning cut 330 D was very labor-intensive and I am computer savvy and to not be able to download the entire design in one step is ridiculous

Won’t let me log in

The app logged me out and now it won’t let me log back in. I have tried from my phone and iPad. I’ve tried to reset my password and it still doesn’t work.

I hate this app

This app is so bad. You are so limited on what you're able to do and your workspace is your tablet or phone. They NEED a real desktop version. So many other apps and brands are way more versatile than this. The fonts are so limited and the photo to embroidery is so bad. You need a subscription to use MOST of the features. Can't even do a photo to embroidery (simple "MOM" text, not even a real photo) without paying 13 dollars. I already paid $1200 for a machine, I need to pay for the app too?? Might go with a different brand after this. My first brother embroidery/ sewing machine kept breaking needles no matter what material and settings I changed.

Not Compatible!

I have a Brother SE630, and there is no way to connect the app to my machine. This is not upfront at all! When I got my machine it was very advertised to get this app. I am very unimpressed with this as there should be a way to export the designs so that I can also use it. I even went so far to get online support from Brother and was told the exact same thing. Not compatible. Please make this more accessible to all of your products Brother!

Canned designs, a small foot print and so many limitations. You aren’t even to beta yet and you’re charging a monthly fee?! No thank you. Throw up an advertisement when you’re done programming it.

Great app perfect and convenient

Extremely basic

Artspira’s digitizing options are incredibly basic. You can only use one type of stitching, and there’s no option to modify previously digitized files. It can’t even recognize the same colors, so you’re forced to manually switch colors constantly. Instead of processing color layers, it processes the order in which the design was drawn. It’s clear that the developers don’t understand how digitizing should work. One of their biggest issue is the lack of layering, this is such a basic concept on any editing software and even more important on a digitizing software. There’s only 1 stitching option, no way to change the direction, you can rotate the screen.. it’s insane how they found developers with no clue of editing software or touchscreens, 2 fingers top for undo, color wheel with three fingers.. sooo many options that could add, Brother could have the best digitizing software in their hands but they decided to go with the most basic 1999 features. Please hire better developers, get a focus group with people who actually do embroidery for life… I still use the app but I’m already looking for other options.
