iPad - can not login

I have an ID to Canvas Workspace, I use it for a long with ScanNCut mashine. I want to use Artspira for my embroidery mashine. But. I can not to login on iPad. If I use Artspira in a Samsung phone, it works. How can I use it on my iPad?
