## Brother My Stitch Monitor Reviews in United States

### *---- "No multi machine support"
Self explanatory. You can only connect to one machine at a time. App is useless now
-- Bob37;)36,)/, 2025-07-24

### **--- "Never connects"
I’ve had my machine for a few years and this is a hit and miss. I have uninstalled etc and still it only works when it wants to
-- mnickler, 2025-05-01

### *---- "Local Network"
This app requires access to the phones Local Network and should ask for permission during the install. It does not. As a result, it is not listed on the Local Network app list and is totally unusable. Talked to Brother Support and they just point fingers back to Apple.
-- Kayjo35, 2025-04-18

### *---- "Artspira"
Still having problems not able to down load what make it soooo difficult
-- Gramgramm1, 2025-04-03

### *---- "The app doesn’t see my machine"
I was able to get the Artspira app to hook up no problem but this one no way, no matter what I try I can’t get it to see my machine. This is not ok when spending so much money on your machines
-- velvettsky, 2025-01-19

### ***-- "Stopped Working After Machine Update"
After I updated my Luminaire software the app stopped working reliably. I did enjoy using it when it worked, it was nice to be able to walk away and do other things between thread changes
-- mugwump005, 2023-10-15

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Supposed to be comparable with my machine according to the manual. However the app can’t find my machine
-- DutchJul, 2023-08-23

### ***-- "Update"
App needs update. It stopped working when I updated my machine. (1055x) Loved the app. Like I said it’s time to update it. Plus if I leave my shop I would like to make sure my machine is still running and it won’t let me.
-- NANiAM, 2023-02-26

### *---- "$13,000 and not compatible"
One might think that upon purchasing a $13,000 sewing machine that the app meant to make you using it easier would be compatible. No my machine is not expensive enough for this app?
-- LWMac2, 2022-03-18

### *---- "Not compatible"
Kinda sad that brother makes an app that’s supposed to make using their machines easier but only allow it to have compatible for a few machines, the SE630 is like super new and literally nothing is compatible with it, you need to like download multiple systems just to convert into embroidery format. They should update an app to help all their machines!!!
