• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

So I wanted to download a twitter video and I put in the link of the video and it just said it couldn’t even do it! What a waste of someone’s time to make this

Truly awful and doesnt work like you hope

I am trying to download the videos to my photo library on iphone. This keeps taking the video and making a bookmark not a download and no instructions. Another app that is just a scam. It may let you browse privately but i dont need that, i need the save video feature it was supposed to have. A lot of apps lie and i wish the library that offers apps would do their due diligence and make sure they work as advertised.

Doesn't Work

After trying three uncopyrighted YouTube URLs and being told that they couldn't be downloaded, I realize my time had been completely utterly wasted. Thanks for nothing.

This app does not do what it says it can do. Save yourself the time

Does Not Support Touch ID

It supports Face ID but not Touch ID. I am only able to unlock it using the PIN on my iPad. Please allow it to use Touch ID.

Update Ruined App

Used this for years to download and store documents but just cancelled my subscription. Recent update leaves browser open to so many malicious websites you can't even complete a download.

APP STUCK WITH GREY SCREEN

App got stuck on a grey screen out of nowhere and can’t/wont change , I can only see my files I downloaded but beside that I can’t browse or do anything on the web browser , smh

Lacks purpose.

First downloaded this app a few months ago and it could download any video you’d like. Now after updates you can’t do that, they say “downloads only from authorized sites” well what sites are those because I have tried every site you can think of and none have worked. It’s outrageous to charge for an app upgrade also that does NOTHING! They annoy you enough with the pay wall pop ups but you get no additional perks when you buy.
