### *---- "Error 3840"
In my error 3840 shown every time
-- D_G1, 2024-08-26

### *---- "Be cautious"
A huge organisation like Reliance ADA, a large Govt entity as BSES, yet the Developer of this app is neither. It is some individual called “Virender Pathak”. No other detail is provided. No web url to verify any credentials or authorisation of this individual. Pray, who is he please? How unprofessional! Or, even worse, is this a scam? After I paid my bills online using the desktop, I downloaded this app via the QR provided on the BSES site. I typed in my CA number. It showed a payment due in tens of thousands of rupees. Yet all my dues are paid. So what’s going on here?
-- Niyam The IV, 2024-08-20

### ***** "Receipt not generated for payment."
After I made a payment of 43000:- to BSES, no receipt was generated , and the amount is not received by the BSES.

It looks like a spam App to me, if I don’t get the amt credited , I will file a FIR. And cyber complaint. Against this app and the developers.. Beware all
-- Sarabraj, 2024-07-19

### *---- "App is not working"

### **--- "App crash"
While open previous bill menu app auto shut also json error , server connect error show when open app.
-- Muya0037, 2024-06-28

### *---- "BSES Yamuna app is not getting connected or downloaded only BSES Rajdhani is available"
Developers need to to include BSES Yamuna too to make this app useful for the residents of East delhi also & not include only part of delhi i.e South Delhi. This partial utility of this app makes it useless.
-- Matrimo, 2024-06-28

### *---- "BSES app is not working showing error"
(Cocao error 3840)
-- Sal sa sa, 2024-06-21
