### *---- "⚠️ Not legal, does not run on RNG ⚠️"
🛑⚠️Do Not Play⚠️🛑 Look out soon for information regarding a class action lawsuit against this app!

### ***** "It’s Real for real"
I almost instantly deleted this when I saw the branded distributor Unity, (since in the past I had only found myself becoming very frustrated) obviously things have changed!! Not only did the games run smoothly with no lag, but when I had won just a few dollars I was offered the chance to Redeem, Still doubting what was ahead, I went through the KYC in a matter of minutes, then went back to the redeem page, clicked submit, and truly I didn’t even think to check for a confirmation email for maybe thirty minutes. Boy was I surprised. There were 2 emails one to verify I had requested a redeem, and the second stating my redeem was successful. Thanks guys!
-- Cakerzz66, 2026-10-23

### *---- "No support"
You can’t get any help with customer service. They say contact us and when you do they don’t help and only ask questions which don’t relate to you. Very much a fraud

### ***** "MUST PLAY"
This is my so go to app when my times are hard!! Absolutely love it. Everybody will enjoy please download and play. It’s worth it.
-- Dawn marie rush, 2026-10-22

### ***** "Gotta spend a little to make a lot!"
Throw in 5-10 bucks and watch how quickly it doubles with this app. Sometimes, your luck is just non-existent like with most other SC based games, but most of the time you’ll walk with more than you put in. Payouts are fast and the fees are there, but not substantial.
-- !?wut!?, 2026-10-22

### *---- "False Advertising SC RETURN OFFER"
My SC RETURN offer shown I was due a $500 SC reward after the first 24 hours of playing. The offer has since randomly disappeared and no reward was given.
-- Xoxo77771, 2026-10-22

### *---- "Terrible Customer Service"
Yes you can win money and withdraw, but if you ever need help with a problem outside the norm, customer service is inept. My account was hacked and someone withdrew my money and put it on their own card - talked with chat multiple times and they could not understand the problem. Still waiting on a reply to my 10 emails! I just want my $60 that someone else got!

UPDATE: Chat said they would get technical support to review it then nothing. After 24 hours they close the ticket.
-- Stabielady, 2026-10-22

### ***** "Legit"
I cashed out three times within a half an hour for over for more than $200. Right after buying in for the first time for $15 bucks… they use easy subsum verification.. easy redemption options. Big selection of game providers. VIP system is easy to advance in. Stoked on it!
-- Nickrourk, 2026-10-22

### ***-- "Game"
I think rewarding system is not fair
-- Nicestjob, 2026-10-21

### ***** "Great game"
several big wins

### ***-- "I won a little something"
Not sure how to feel after spending every dime I had then I was left with this app on my phone with only 50 cent to my name I spent 20 cent made 2 dollars then join another game on this same app and hit 6 dollars made me happy but I won’t stop there !!!!!!!!! Wish me luck for my future spins. Best of luck to everyone on their game journey

### *---- "Fake ad on fb lead to me downloading"
This is a clear example of misleading and potentially deceptive advertising. The advertisement strongly implies that consumers who download the game will receive up to $500 in free play. However, after downloading the game, consumers are informed that the advertised offer is actually subject to a lottery system, undisclosed eligibility requirements, or additional conditions that were not clearly communicated beforehand.

This is unacceptable. Consumers should not have to download an application only to discover that the advertised incentive is not what it was presented to be. If the offer is based on chance, limited eligibility, or specific qualifying criteria, those material conditions should be prominently and clearly disclosed in the original advertisement.

Failing to disclose these restrictions creates a false impression and appears designed to entice consumers into downloading the game under misleading expectations. The phrase “up to $500” does not excuse the failure to disclose important conditions or clarify that the reward is not guaranteed.

I consider this a deceptive marketing practice and a serious failure of transparency. I am requesting that the company address this misleading promotion, provide a clear explanation of the actual terms, and take corrective action to ensure other consumers are not similarly misled. If this matter is not adequately addressed, I will consider submitting a formal complaint to the appropriate consumer protection authorities, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

### ****- "Super FUN!!!"
Bruno reels is addicting! I won $822 on my first day! However, the downside of that is, you will not win that amount that much, again, any time soon…no matter how much money you put into this app! Which is wild because I put in another $10 the next day and did not even hit one time a jackpot of any kind. but it’s still so addicting
-- Ibetnoonethoughtofthis, 2026-10-20

### ***** "Help me"
I was kicked off yesterday at this time for no reason I used my 2 free spins and now I can’t play cause they saying I had the game on another device which isn’t true I’ve waited my 24 hours and still can’t play help me Bruno

### *---- "★☆☆☆☆ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed! My Money Disappeared, and Customer Support Refused to Help!"
I am absolutely disgusted and heartbroken over my experience with Bruno Reels Casino. I deposited $200 of my hard-earned money into this app, expecting to relax, have some fun, and enjoy playing. Instead, I ended up in tears, feeling completely robbed and disrespected.

I had only spun the reels THREE TIMES at $0.50 per spin when I noticed my balance was down to $196. Then, out of nowhere, the game started glitching, and my balance suddenly dropped to $35! Shortly afterward, it glitched again, and my balance changed to $46!

HOW DOES $200 DISAPPEAR WHEN I’VE ONLY PLAYED THREE 50-CENT SPINS?!

I immediately contacted customer support, expecting them to investigate what was clearly a serious issue. Instead of helping me, they repeatedly insisted that I must have played the money and that the game doesn’t just take money from someone’s account.

I specifically asked them to review my spin history and transaction records to see exactly where my money went. Rather than properly investigating my complaint, they continued to dismiss my concerns and made me feel like I was being accused of lying.

What hurts the most is that this was my last $200 set aside for entertainment for the entire week. I wasn’t upset about losing money gambling. I understand that gambling involves risks, and I accept that I could lose money while playing. But I DIDN’T GET THE CHANCE TO PLAY MY MONEY! There is a huge difference between losing money fairly through gameplay and watching your account balance mysteriously disappear because of what appears to be a technical malfunction.

I was literally crying because I felt so helpless. I trusted this casino with my money, and when something went wrong, I expected accountability, transparency, and basic customer service. Instead, I was treated like my concerns didn’t matter.

I am requesting a full investigation into my account activity, including my complete spin history, transaction records, and an explanation of every dollar deducted from my balance. I also expect the missing funds to be restored if they cannot demonstrate that the money was legitimately wagered.

I would NEVER recommend Bruno Reels Casino based on this experience. If you’re considering depositing your hard-earned money here, please think twice.

Bruno Reels Casino, your customers deserve better. I trusted your platform with my money, and I deserve answers—not accusations.

Extremely disappointed, emotionally devastated, and still waiting for someone to take responsibility

### *---- "Scammmmm!!!"
They state after i paid money to play and won $30 that theres unusual activity on my account so blocked me from entering the game and stated forfeited my redemption. Keep in mind ive been paying to play and finally win and theres not unusual activity until i won and redeemed. I go to log back in cause nothing ever came and find this all out…. Its stealing and thievery if you ask me. They say something along the lines of rules were broke … i dont understand what rules i can break by spinning slots after paying money and winning $30 and cashing out… the unusual activity is how fraudulent this game is
