設定が難しく、接続させるWIFIをなんども変えて、ようやく接続できた。また、接続後、繋がらないなどの問題もあったが、WIFIを変えて、一度うまくつながると、後は問題なく動いている。しっかりつながれば、アプリでタイマー設定などもできて、とても便利。

アプリから急に登録されていた機器が消えていた。
いろいろ為してみましたけどダメです。

リビングの巨大なバーチカルブラインド（高さ2.5m幅5.4m）の手動操作が面倒で導入しました。

アプリ、ハードの安定性は文句なしです。

ただ、アプリの初期設定がわかりにくいのと、
作動スピードが遅いのは改善してほしいです。
歯車に輪ゴム巻いたりしてギア比を上げようとしましたがうまくいきませんでした。

また、アプリを立ち上げるのがめんどくさい（アレクサも同様）ので、ワンボタンのシンプルなリモコンを作ってくれると嬉しいです。

アプリが動作しなくなりました。
「アプリサポート」のリンク先も見られなくなっているので、サーバーが動いてないのではないかと思われます。

Blind Engineを遠隔操作する目的で使用していますが、Blind Engine本体のボタンによる操作に問題はありません。

サーバーが復旧したようで、アプリが正常に立ち上がるようになりました。

毎朝7時にブラインドを開くスケジュールにしていたが、6／2の朝から開かなくなった。
そして解決のためにはまぶアプリを開こう、と思いきやアプリが立ち上がらない。
こちら側の端末の問題かと思い色々な端末からこのアプリをDLして起動を試みるも全ての端末でこのアプリが起動しない。
この会社のサーバー側に何かあったようだ。
そして、この会社のサーバーに依存してスケジュール開閉が行われていることを知った。
最悪だ…
この会社が潰れたらブラインドエンジン使えなくなるも同然ということか。

公式サイトは開けるので倒産した訳では無い事を祈ってはやくアプリを復旧していただきたい。
